AIA Gear Up - Open Exchange & Sell Event

Hey Beast Families!

AIA is hosting a Gear Up • Open Exchange • Sell Event

Sunday, October 18, from 7:45–11:45 AM at the Classic Rink Lodge

Time to clean out those hockey bags, closets, and garages! Bring gear your players have outgrown or no longer need, and shop the event for something your family can use.

OPEN EXCHANGE — FREE

Bring clean, usable hockey gear you no longer need and take anything your family can use. No one-for-one trade is required. Give, take, or do both! All Open Exchange gear is FREE.

SELL — TAG 

Want to sell an item instead? Items for sale will receive a Sell Tag (with a red sticker) to complete with your assigned seller number, asking price, and item information.

Venmo: Buyers pay the seller directly.

Cash: Collected and tracked at checkout, then returned to the seller.

Each SELL item will also be marked:

SP: Seller Pickup: If unsold, we’ll notify you to pick it up.

D: Donate: If unsold, AIA may donate/resell the item after the event.

Any proceeds from D items will be divided equally among the AIA teams that provided volunteers for the event.

DROP-OFF - Thursday & Friday | 4:00–7:00 PM

We’ll have a trailer available for gear storage. At drop-off, we’ll make sure all gear is properly labeled, sorted and organized before the event.

Anyone selling gear will be assigned a Seller #, which will be used on all of your SELL tags and to track your sales. This way, everything will be ready to go for Sunday morning!

EVENT DAY

We’ll also be looking for Beast family volunteers to help with collection, organizing, setup, checkout and cleanup. Sign-up information will be coming shortly!
